Consumer Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 2026

Summary

TL;DR — The Short Version

This summary is for convenience only. The full terms below are what apply. If there is any conflict, the full terms control.

What is this? The full legal agreement governing your use of jonjon.ai.

Your account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Notify support@softwaretoolbox.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Billing. Subscription fees are non-refundable, charged in advance, and renew automatically. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges. If payment fails, your access may be suspended.

What you can't do. Don't use jonjon.ai for illegal purposes, to infringe on others' rights, to reverse engineer the software, to scrape data, or to generate harmful content like spam or malware.

Your content. You own what you submit. You give Software Toolbox a limited license to use it only to provide and improve the service.

AI outputs are not professional advice. Always independently verify anything the AI generates — it can be wrong.

Disputes. Governed by North Carolina law. Most disputes go to binding arbitration (AAA) in Charlotte, NC — not court. You can opt out within 30 days of accepting these terms by emailing legal@softwaretoolbox.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.” Class action lawsuits are waived.

Liability cap. Software Toolbox's maximum liability to you is the greater of fees you paid in the prior 12 months or $100 USD.

Please read these terms of service carefully. They contain a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver (Section 18) that affect your legal rights.
